This is what the Solid Model Import function of the WINMAX control brings you

  • Speed: Programming 3-, 4- and 5-axis operations directly on the control - simply with the aid of the solid model.
  • Time saving: read in solid models directly at the control. The cumbersome creation of 2D drawings with dimensions or DXF files is no longer necessary.
  • Overview: Programming on the solid model on the right graphic screen with simultaneous simulation of the generated machining. The programme is displayed on the left screen.
  • Practical: Recognises pocket and bore depths and automatically saves them in the created data set.
  • Support: Recognises pocket and island contours or drilling patterns and creates the machining data sets independently.
  • Added value: Generates zero point drag and swivel cycles independently if required.

Automated programming through STEP, IGES or DXF

The MAX® 5 saves valuable time when programming your machine. You can read STEP or DXF files directly into the control and automatically transfer geometry data into the machining programme. Afterwards, you only have to add the technological data (tool and cutting data).
